This Starbucks is beyond slow! They are not friendly either. I waited once in the drive thru for 30 minutes before I was able to order a drink. I have also waited a long time before I can order my drink when I walk in to get my cup of coffee. The thing I hate the most is that I order from the app so I don't have to wait to get my coffee and I still manage to have to wait five minutes! Ridiculous! You get 5 five minutes to make my drink and still have to wait! If this Starbucks wasn't down the street from my job I would never step foot there!

Easy access from the main street and conveniently located near 71 fwy. First visit today. The person who took the order from the drive-thru sounded half asleep but was quite helpful. Ordered Green tea frappe and decaffeinated vanilla bean shake, extra thick for both When I was picking them up, I asked if they were made extra thick and was reassured that they were. Received the items and drove away only to find them to be too watery. The drive thru had only one car in line, so I went back & explained what had just happened. They apologized and were happy to replace the order. Received the second batch which was better but still half and half with somewhat thick to watery. Left disappointed. Will probably swing by again since conveniently located and the staff made an attempt to correct the problem. Maybe the next review will be a better one.

I've been to a million different Starbucks drive-thru's but for some reason, this location takes 20+ minutes to get through. It doesn't matter how many people are in front of you, it still takes FOREVER! When I go inside, it seems like the employees are taking their time and goofing off. And they have like 6 people working at a time and it still takes 20 minutes. It seems to me that if you're going to have a drive thru, you should probably assume people are in a hurry and do your best to give prompt service.

This Starbucks is great!!! Line was a little long when I got into the drive thru and it normally goes fast... Took about 5-7 min but when i got to the window the Starbucks employee said sorry for the wait your drink is on us today. Now that's service. Everyone is always friendly and super helpful especially when my wife gives me some crazy named drink and I have no clue what she talking about.

Was just at this Starbucks, there wasnt anyone in line and I walked up to the counter to order my drink. I probably made eye contact with three other girls who worked there and not a single person acknowledge me. I stood there for a few mins and the 4 workers behind the counter didn't ask me if I needed help...I just walked out. Probably the worst service I got. I called and spoke to the shift lead and he apologized but he didn't invite me to come back in and that he would make sure I got better service

This Starbucks always takes care of me. I have gotten free drinks when the line is long

I've been coming to this Starbucks for years. I like coming to this one because it's usually never packed when I come and even when it is they still get my order to me pretty quickly. I haven't had a rude employee and they get my order right every time. They have a sitting area both inside and outside if you want to read or get some work done which is cool too.

  • S G.

One of the best Starbucks in CH!! The baristas are AWESOME!! (Sandy, Kirsten, chyliese, Micheal) this crew makes my mornings easier since I'm not a morning person. If drive thru is busy it goes by quickly too!

    (5)
  • Christina D.

This is probably the worst Starbucks ever. Unfortunately for me, I have no choice but to go here because it's the nearest drive thru in my area. Horrible customer service. One time they tried giving me cloudy unfiltered water! Which was kind of eye brow raising. So if you can go to a different Starbucks, GO! Also, they run out of everything good real quick. So if you want the spinach and feta, or the reduced turkey, or the Gouda and bacon consider going elsewhere because they won't have them pass 11:00 am.

I like going to this location because of how convenient the location is but after my visit today I'm not sure if I'll ever be coming back. I ordered a drink and after I finished, I ordered a refill too. 40 minutes passed and I still didn't get my drink. I went up to the barista and he was nice and gave me a treinta size to make up for it. The only reason I'm not giving this place 1 star is because of how nice the workers were (regardless of their incompetence as baristas).

SLOWEST Starbucks EVER!! I hate that this is the only one close to me! I'm actually writing this as I sit in the drive thru.... ITS NOW BEEN 20min still no drinks!!

    (1)
  • Grace W.

Consistency here is not bad. Staff is friendly. I really like how they have a long drive through so the parking lot doesn't get super cluttered. The wait can pretty long during rush hours. If you're just popping in to grab something to go they have a 30 min parking in the front! My favorites are black tea lemonade, hot caramel macchiato, and the ham breakfast sandwich.

  • Mark C.

You know what I like about the Starbucks? I like that regardless of how busy they are with the morning rush-hour they still do it with a smile on the face and they're very polite. That goes along way With me. I come to this Starbucks almost daily now and it is my favorite one yet. Drive-through is amazing. all there can be 10 cars in line to get a buzz but they managed to get us in and out and on our way without feeling like they're lagging. I appreciate that, thank you

This is by far the best Starbucks I've ever been to, and believe me I've been to many. Back when I worked in Chino Hills, I stopped by every morning. The baristas here are amazing: Keegan, Chylsie, Denise, Tyler, Peter, Dylan. Depending on who was working, my order would be ready to be transferred into my Starbucks cup by the time I got to the register to pay. Keegan's energy is the perfect way to start your day. My afternoon visits was what I looked forward to if I had a rough morning or if it was turning out to be one of those days. For the most part the baristas would pick my afternoon tea or would create me one of their drinks, it was fun trying something new each time and watching them experiment. Friendly staff, speedy service. Who can complain? This is one heck of a team!

Great service. The cashier was so enthusiastic and friendly about happy helping us. My friends are baristas and ordered their crazy drinks which turned out great. Was just an experience going through the drive thru. Thanks Starbucks

I've been to many Starbucks but this one is my one of choice! Definitely the best in Chino Hills. The inside is spacious so you normally should not have trouble finding a seat or table if you need a place to study. Be sure to come before 2-3pm on weekdays, because that is when the students from the high school near by get out. The drive-thru can get long sometimes but goes by pretty fast!

  • Ted T.

Updating my review....This Starbucks has gotten better from my previous visit. They are set up as primarily a drive thru. However, they do have a small sitting area inside with wifi. Service was good for the walk in. Not too long a wait and the my Cap was served hot and strong. They even spelled my name right... Warning, be careful not to walk into the neighboring store by mistake as the doors are not well marked. I will have to try the drive thru again later to see if that has also improved.

I decided to stop at this Starbucks today, but now I remember why I pass it every morning. This Starbucks is the slowest Starbucks in America! Literally.

I ordered a grande white chocolate mocha in a reusable cup. It was inly half full!! Really? I've never had a bad experience here until today. Get it together starbucks. Can't believe I paid for this.

Try to avoid coming here between 2:30 to 3:50pm. It gets very loud and packed with kids from high school nearby. Other than that, I like this location. Friendly staff and they make your drink quickly.

  • Greg F.

This Starbucks earned a five star on this visit. When my wife and I approached the counter to order our beverages, we were greeted by a male employee. The employee was friendly, he smiled, and seemed enthusiastic about taking our order. He also genuinely thanked us for leaving a tip. Our beverages were made without hast, and they tasted great. In regards to the atmosphere, we were pleasantly surprised to find the unoccupied tables were clean and free of anyone else's leftovers or coffee stains. We will definitely be back to this Starbucks.

I have been a Starbucks groupie for several years now! I know my Starbucks! Most of the time, the baristas are excellent!! The service is quick & efficient! This particular Starbucks, my neighborhood Starbucks, nonetheless, never ceases to amaze me! My order is wrong 1 in every 3 times. There is ALWAYS a long line. I swear it must be training day EVERYDAY! At most Starbucks, if you are waiting a long time, usually more than 15min for your order, your order is complimentary. Not here! The Baristas are pleasant, but it's obvious they need some help! Nothing like leaving 20mins early for work only to have it eaten away in the Starbucks drive-thru! Going to skip this store for awhile, and go to the Grocery Store Starbucks!

  • Kristen M.

I don't write a lot of reviews, mostly just read them but this Starbucks is the worst Starbucks I have been to thus far. Although convenient location, worst customer service and slow as hell! It shouldn't take 20 min in a drive through to get your drink when there are only 4 people in front of you, it's ridiculous. I keep telling myself I will not return to this location but have been returning due to convenience and in hopes things have improved. No improvement what so ever. Also, they need to hire more mature staff. These kids that work at this location are really rude and have attitudes. I recommend driving a little further and heading into another Starbucks.

    (1)
  • Ed M.

Stopped over during a road trip. Clean starbucks, clean bathroom (a plus), typical starbucks coffee. Service was a bit slow but friendly enough. We did overhear baristas talking smack about a co worker running late (according to them it's a pattern with that co worker). Bit unprofessional but the staff looked young so what do you expect?

    (3)
  • Alex L.

Find a better method to make a GTL.. I do not want powder at the bottom of my drink where I can see the dry powder still untouched and not blended well after I poured my drink out.

So it was a hot sunny day today and my friends and I decided to go to Starbucks for refreshments. I have been going to this specific location for awhile, but I have never been so ticked off by the baristas before. After getting my drink I asked for a cup of ice, but they refused..saying, "no we are low on ice" LIKE SERIOUSLY HOW DOES STARBUCKS RUN OUT OF ICE ESPECIALLY DURING THE SUMMER ESPECIALLY EARLY NOON- well obviously now you know your ice to drink ratio is quite the pain. It was like the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard... Also, my friend wanted to get her change into dollar bills but one of the workers refused because he "already closed the cash register"... Truly the epitome of laziness. And on top of all this mess the barista who was actually making our drink was apparently in a bad mood. His attitude was a piece of trash, splashing everywhere while making our drinks with a pissed off face. The one thing that really pissed me off was when I asked for an extra cup and in reply he said "move you're blocking people's way of getting their drink" WELL FUNNY THING IS THE ONLY PEOPLE THAT WERE INSIDE THE CAFE WERE ME AND MY FRIENDS.

    (2)
  • Marcus C.

Come to this Starbucks if you want your hopes and dreams shattered. This location never has the ingredients to make my drink. I'm forced to pick something else almost every time. Michael and Kirsten are cool AF, but the other staff typically gets my order wrong. I have made these complaints to their customer support and yes they put $10 on my card, but nothing has changed at this location. Once again, no s'mores frap for me...

    (2)
  • Kyle T.

Typical Harbucks coffee, so no complaints there. However, the entire staff seems like they're in a bad mood every time I come here. Am guessing they forget to drink their orange frothe mocha latte with a double shot of espresso every morning.

Had the worst service every thru the drive thru . Supervisor "Destiny" has attitude when dealing with customers Beware!!

Great service, mass up my coffee and food, but comp everything but the food. Nice way to do the damage control.

I always love me some starbucks in the morning! However, not the biggest fan of this location. Since it's the closest on-the-way starbucks to work I usually drop by this one. The biggest downside is that it has a super long wait at times! It's pretty ridiculous. The first time I dropped by I order a black coffee & I was sitting in the drive through for a good twenty mins! :( no bueno. Not my most favorite location but will come here last resort if I can't go anywhere else.

    (2)
  • Joel K.

I go to this Starbucks a lot and they are one of the slowest most unprofessional I've seen. Where is the manager?

    (2)
  • Alison L.

Everytime I visit I get bad service but today set me over the edge. I go in for a matcha water, usually 80 cents at every location I've been to. He charges me 3$ so I simply repeat what I wanted and he cut me off saying he's the supervisor and he changed the price and he said it's "official" about 4 times. He totally started freaking out just cause I asked the price. Okay I got over it and started taking my money out with no problems happy to get my favorite drink, until out of the blue he shouted if you "don't want it then you don't have to get it" at that point I made the decision that I didn't want the drink because of the way they treat their customers that are there EVERYDAY, NOT because cause of the price markup that I understand things change but I'll drive the extra couple miles for the good service I expect from Starbucks. What a bad example for the other Baristas that the supervisor tells customers he'll be right there, so he can keep chatting with his friends. Get it together Starbucks!!!

  • Gabriel G.

Friendly staff. Not as busy as most Starbucks locations. I was able to sit with no problem. I also got my latte fast. The restroom needs a little work/cleaning.

    (5)
  • Kevin L.

Service at this Starbucks is spectacular. All the workers are very friendly and are always willing to answer my questions. This Starbucks gives off a very positive vibe and friendly atmosphere. I do a lot of studying here and always feel safe and welcomed. The drive thru is fast when there are not a lot of cars. For those that constantly complain about the lines, just remember there are others in this world that have discovered Starbucks too. Cheers!!!

  • Heather P.

I hate this Starbucks. I will actually go out of my way to avoid it. The employees are slow, not friendly, and consistently screw up my order. One time, myself and my husband were actually laughing hysterically because they screwed up SEVEN SEPARATE THINGS on our drink and breakfast orders. I've been to a lot of Starbucks as it is part of my holy trinity..and this one is hands down the worst.

    (1)
  • Melissa H.

Some staff members are not cheerful in the morning and when you ask with your drink, they are not active listeners and tune you out. Disappointing.

    (1)
  • Evelyn A.

Bad service. I ordered three pastries, one blueberry oatmeal, and two drinks, and the cashier hands me piece by piece, one by one...no bag, no napkins, no spoon for the oatmeal, no blueberries and sides that come with the oatmeal. This was on the drive thru...what was he thinking!?!? I reminded him I needed the sides of the oatmeal, he grabbed them n still ' no spoon! ' ...I will use the straw, sir ...! Not the first time, not the same person.

This Starbucks is located in the corner of a plaza!!! It's not easy to find but it's very convenient for us to drive thru coffee cause the line won't be long and the staffs are friendly... When I am sleepy in the morning I will think of this Starbucks to fresh my day!

  • Jennifer M.

Maybe I'm a little more critical because I used to work at Starbucks, but I have never been impressed with this location. Today I was the only customer in the store and there were 5 partners on the floor and not 1 person greeted me. They were having a conversation that was inappropriate in front of customers and the partner on the register seemed to be more interested in listening in on the conversation than to pay attention to my order. The girl who made my drink was busy cleaning and didn't even wash her hands before making my drink. None of the partners seemed happy to be there and none of them were very friendly.

    (2)
  • Camille J.

Still awful. I live across the street so I try to support this store - plus it has a drive-through. But, there is no reason that every other Starbucks in the city manages to get my order right the first time and this location consistently screws it up. Today I was asked 2 times if I wanted my drink hot or cold. My answer both times was "hot". It came out iced. Then I had to wait for it to be remade. On a prior visit I had specifically asked for soy milk and saw the barista pouring milk from the pitcher labeled "whole milk". Imagine my surprise when that drink was handed to me. I questioned the milk and she insisted that the labels on the pitchers didn't mean anything. Seriously? Then what is the point of the label? I had her remake my drink which she did with a bad attitude. I don't know why this location has such a hard time getting it's act together.

  • Will H.

This is typically where I would go in the morning to get my coffee fix. The best thing about this starbucks is that it has a drive thru. So during those cold weather days and your just too lazy to get out the car this is the best solution to get your coffee fix. The entrance of the this plaza is set up in a weird way. You can only enter from the smaller street and not the main street. This would not be an ideal pit-stop if you were in a rush.

    (3)
  • BiggDawg V.

I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews. The baristas here are very nice, and they were enjoying themselves singing, smiling, dancing. My drink was made perfectly. What more could you ask for?

    (5)
  • A S.

Their coffee is always on the side of warm, never hot. This is based on several trips in a span of a year. I don't understand why would the coffee be warm at 5:30 am?

    (2)
  • Lauren L.

Spacious n many outlets close to tables. Quiet in afternoon hours. Parking in front is hard. But plenty in surrounding lot. Friendly service!

Service is always fast and nice. I usually never have a problem BUT!!!! Twice they have forgotten to give me my side order of sweets. Other than that it's a normal star bucks.

  • Maddy T.

Since I work down the street I usually come to this location but today I was dissappointed I specifically asked for Venti Very Berry Hibiscus no water but with lemonade. So I get back to work and of course my drink is wrong even though the label said no water....maybe the workers should pay more attention!!!!

This is my favorite Starbucks. So much so that I want to work here. And I would, just to smell and make coffee all day. It sounds like heaven. The drive thru access is my saving grace some mornings when I have all 3 of my kids in the back seat and don't want to drag them out of their car seats for a coffee fix. One caveat...that lovely drive thru takes forever on some days. Seriously. Foreeeeeever. And the view of the drive thru is mostly obstructed so I can't eyeball how many cars are in front of me before I pull up, so I am stuck waiting in a car queue with an impatient kindergartener, a whiny toddler and a crying infant. And it's a waste of gas. I've actually tried to back out of that thing once, but damn you coffee addicts, someone always drives up behind me within minutes. Lol. Can't necessarily blame the people who work there though, everyone just happens to love this Starbucks too! The reason I prefer to stick to this particular location is their consistency with the coffee drinks and the friendly staff serving up the coffee. I have only had one yucky drink in three years and the guy took one look at my expression as I took a sip and was like, oh is it bad?? Lol. Must've been quite a face I made for him to comment on it. He apologized and fixed me a new one right away. Keep up the good work Fairfield Ranch Starbucks!

This is not a great Starbucks drive thru. I love Starbucks but was definitely disappointed in the service at this location. I repeated my order 3-4 times and unfortunately, my simple order turned out wrong. The gentleman who took my money was a little rude and almost threw my sandwich at me when I gave him my money. The location was quiet at the time, so there was no need to act in such a rush. I would recommend going to the Chino Hills Parkway/Pipeline location instead.

    (2)
  • Alex C.

Terrible customer service here. Went to order a drink for someone else today, and couldn't decide what drink they would want so I was looking over the menu and actually got an "eye roll" from the barista "Cassandra" my advice is if your looking for a friendly barista to make your starbucks trip enjoyable, then avoid this starbucks or at least avoid this barista when making an order. I'll stick to central and walnut from now on.

    (1)
  • Jen T.

I don't have anything bad to say about this location. This is the closest and most convenient location for me on my way to work. I always use the drive-thru...average 5 mins. The workers are always friendly. I have my gift card loaded up on my iphone so I have them scan it from there. One time their scanner was not up and running so I got my drink free! Lots of parking spaces.

"Please help me!" Two tests already on the second week of school, and that doesn't make me a happy camper. I needed my caffeine fix, and resorted to this Starbucks located in a small plaza with a Denny's, sushi place (Sushi Ten), nail salon, and a pizzeria. It's not the biggest Starbucks I've been to, but there were a few couches and tables to sit on. "Welcome to Starbucks!" is how the barista greeted me as I walked in, admiring all the new October/Halloween decorations and festivity (all the workers wore black and orange!) And since it's finally fall, their new selection of drinks came in. I ordered a short Pumpkin Spice Latte with a Cream Cheese Pumpkin muffin for roughly $5.50 (estimated). Those baristas made my drink quick and I was very pleased by my warm, sweet (but not too sweet), pumpkiny latte. It made me feel all warm inside since it's already cold out. And my pumpkin muffin complemented my drink very well (minus the cream cheese part; it was pretty bland to me). So to Starbucks, thank you for helping me and giving me my much needed caffeine fix :)

This is one of the slowest Starbucks I've been to. I have been twice on Sunday mornings and the line is out the door. The staff moved as if they were on Xanax and made no attempt to speed up while the line continued to grow. I have worked in several restaurants as a bartender and server and would not have lasted two minuets if I moved at the pace I witnessed here yet the same crew was there both times. One of the employees stood staring into the fridge for a full min as if he was at his home trying to decide what would best cure his munchies. The other employee stood at the register almost motionless looking at customers as if she was confused as to why people kept asking her for coffee. Hopefully they are much better during the week but I would avoid this location on Sunday mornings unless you plan on spending the day there. I did give it two stars because the coffee tasted fine when I eventually got it.

  • Smc E.

This is the worse Starbucks! Their drinks are watered down and customer service is even worse. If you tell them your drink is a little watery they answer with "we put water in our drinks." Awful customer service!!

    (1)
  • Art C.

Good loc and service. Only problem is, while waiting in the drive thru, you almost always have 1-3 people from next door's establishment (employees) smoking their cigs. Kind a sucks while you're waiting... people smoking and staring at you. Ha

    (2)
  • Lauren V.

The customer service here is consistently terrible. The baristas act as though they could care less about you as a customer and more about rushing you along to make orders. Sad for Starbucks sense they claim to care so much about having a customer focus, this store does a terrible job at this.

    (1)
  • Tiffany P.

This Starbucks is a vital part of my morning during the work week. And the staff who work here are friendly and personable! Drive-thru is pretty slow during the mornings, particularly between 7-8am. You're better off parking and going in to get your coffee... it's faster. Oh, and for those ordering 4+ drinks, go inside and order please...you're holding up the drive-thru!

  • Glenda B.

I have been coming to this Starbucks regularly ever since they first opened several years ago. I live across the street so I often go through the drive through on my way to work. I rarely have problems, and I normally get very friendly and quick service. Today, however, I went through at a different time than normal and had a barista I didn't recognize. I ordered a latte and a cheese Danish. I had low balance on my Starbucks Gold Card, but I had a free reward on the card, so I figured I would use my free reward for the latte and that would leave enough for the Danish. Well, the lady scanned my card before I was able to get a word in edgewise about the free reward. When I told her I had wanted to use the free reward, all she had to say was, "well I already scanned your card and I can't go back." So I ended up OWING money instead of everything being paid for with what was already on my card. If I had known that would be the case, I wouldn't have ordered the Danish to begin with! I was not a happy camper. I will now have to think twice about returning to this Starbucks.

Asked for non fat milk, got whole milk (a stomach can tell the difference). Wanted cream and sugar with coffee in drive through, barista didn't know what to do but say "our cream comes in gallon containers" WTF does that mean? Just put some cream in the coffee, if the kid at McDonald's can do it, why cant you?

  • Francis G.

This place sucks. Coffee is fine, but service sucks, and they don't know how to talk. I got a frap, and was never told how much... I asked in a loud voice "how much" and the chunky chick at the window said "ok". I will never come back here. This place should be replaced with better management.

Had to take a couple stars away for lack of good service. The first time they forgot to give me my change, I didn't mind. It was an accident, and when I asked for it, the barista at the drive thru smiled and apologized. It happened again this morning. Granted, my change was only 5 cents, but the fact that the barista felt it was too insignificant to bother with, was really distasteful. Even though it's only 5 cents, it's still MY 5 cents, and every customer should get their change, regardless of how little. She took my dollars, promptly said "Have a good day!" and proceeded to close her window. I stayed in my car and stared at her, until she opened the window again, and I reminded her of my change. She looked surprised that I would even care about a measly 5 cents. She said, "Oh", took a nickle out of her tips jar and practically threw it in my palm. *tsk**tsk* I love Starbucks, but I really wish they'd get some more qualified baristas and teach them some good customer service.

Terrible Service and coffee at this Starbucks! I avoid it as much as possible although closest to my home.

This is my first horrific experience at Starbuck. I drove thru to buy a newspaper, the female employee harassed me simply because I only bought a newspaper. She kept harassing me 4 times to buy coffee. When I reached the window to pay, a young male harassed me again not buying a coffee. Four other employees stared with hostility and outrageous hate at me and intimidated me for buying only a newspaper. I was greatly offended and tried to reach the district manager Patti at (310) 920-4260 to remind her that I would not tolerate the abuse and hostility of her staff, who created a hostile business against me. But she never answered her phone because she cared less. I agreed with the previous reviews of the rude and explosive conduct of the staff and strongly not recommend this Starbuck to anyone!

I haven't been here awhile as I decided to go somewhere else to get my caffeine fix in the morning, but I did drop by one morning. I went thru the drive thru and there was a long line of cars but I have to say the line moved quickly. I think they sacrifice speed for accuracy. I ordered a venti ice coffee with cream, sweetener and light ice. My drink didn't have any sweetener and it wasn't even written on my order. I guess you will stay at four stars.

One of the best Starbucks in the area. Drive through Barista always nice and happy, drinks served exactly as ordered and the drive thru!! Thats all I want out of my coffee joint.

The best Starbucks, bar none. The coffee is the same as any Starbucks location, but its the people that really stand out. I'vebeen going here for over a year, and I like when I'm greeted by name as my order magically appears on the drive thru monitor. ...and they know how to serve it up hot! Kelsey, Stacy, Sandy... Mmhmm..

I love this Starbucks my mom and I always come. And we think they make the best drinks here. They have gotten my order wrong before but it's understandable it's a fast food place. The staff is friendly except for this one girl. But will definitely recommend.

O-M-G!! Slow!!!!! Regardless, of the amount of people at the location, you need to be prepared for a long wait. Typically the drive-thru is backed up, the coffee is not always the hottest, and they frequently get the orders wrong. I am a daily Starbucks customer and have to say this location is my least favorite location.

Five stars for efficiency and superior customer service from the weekday AM crew. They get me out the door when I'm running late or take the time for a quick chat when I do have a moment to spare on the morning drive. I can't say that about many SB locations but this one in particular I can say with confidence. Enjoy my fellow caffeine friends!

I ordered a Soy Tea Latte... When I was asked what kind of tea, I told them I wasn't sure. The Asian girl at the window gave me two different kinds for the price of one. Turns out that it was actually a Soy Latte that I wanted, so I drove around again and got a third cup. IDIOT!!

So I've been to about a hundred Starbucks (all over the world) and this one is my all time favorite!! Please don't misunderstand, I'm not one of those crazy Starbucks people, I just like going to places that make me feel welcomed....and this coffee shop delivers. The staff is the nicest group of people you will ever meet. No really. Not only friendly but helpful, too. It's a drive-thru for all you busy bee's! Starbucks is a corporation, but at this location you kind of forget that :) So when you go in smile and appreciate the great peeps at this location, because it's hard to find a greater group of people!! Cheers.

This has got to be one of the slowest and not well kept Starbucks I've been to. Drinks always take forever to get, especially in the drive through. All the trash bags (inside and out) were over flowing, and there was trash throughout the store on the floors. The employees are all nice, but maybe they need more staffing.

This Starbucks is fine, there is a drive-thru. Not the largest Starbucks in the World, but it's the only one in the Southern part of Chino Hills after the Pine Ave Starbucks closed down. There's a few small circle tables, plenty of power outlets and a "kids section" with plenty of kids books. It's not a super-busy location, but quality coffee nonetheless. Not the best place study as there are only a few tables, but it's decent enough Starbucks with a convenient location just off the 71.

When you're a student, and you need a good place to study, other stores can be crowded, loud, and have high amounts of activity constantly flowing. This Starbucks is perfect to study in, and perfect to just relax. This place is my escape from the hustle and bustle of the normal and daily life.. i can't tell you how nice it is to be able to study and relax, and not have to worry about finding a seat. The customer service is okay, it's very much like other Starbucks where they are only friendly if they recognize you, considering i'm here only on certain days during the weekend, i wouldn't expect them to know my name, but maybe a little conversation would be nice. The store itself is clean, and well kept. i'm defiantly coming back!

What a great location! I realize that it really isn't near anything big yet in Chino Hills, but it's right across the street from my church! The location isn't really in a central place. When you look at it, it looks very small from the outside, but the inside of this location is very very spacious and very different from your typical Starbucks for some reason. We walked in and they had samples of the blueberry apricot muffin. The service was extra friendly and courteous, which is very very good. When my friends and I sat down to go over a few passages in the Bible prior to service, an employee came to us offering us samples of their new blended lemonade green tea in little cups with little straws. Even though it tasted just like regular lemonade, the fact that she came to us for a sample was very well appreciated. In the middle of our study, the same employee came to us and asked if any of us would like a caramel frap because they accidentally made an extra one. Who does that nowadays? We will definitely be coming back to this location because the service is really superb.
